Milk cream and lemon juice
Take one teaspoon of milk cream and mix it with a few drops of fresh lemon juice. Leave this mixture in the refrigerator for an hour or two and apply it to your lips before going to bed.
Aloe vera
Aloe vera has healing properties and can also be used to cure chapped lips. If you have an aloe vera plant, you can simple pluck a leaf andspread its juice over your lips. Aloe vera gel also helps beat chapped lips.
Rose petals
Rose petals are also an important ingredient that can be used to keep your lips moisturised. Wash a few rose petals and soak them in milk or glycerin for a couple of hours. Squash the rose petals until they form a thick paste and then apply this paste on your chapped lips two or three times a day. You can also use it before going to bed for quicker results.
Honey
Honey is a natural moisturising agent and is one of the best ingredients for curing dry skin as well as chapped lips. You can use honey directly on your lips two or three times a day, or mix honey and glycerin and apply it on your lips before going to bed.
Cucumber
You could use the juice of cucumber to hydrate your chapped lips in winter. You can also take a slice of cucumber and rub it against your lips to cure chapped lips.
